摘要
研究了不同烘烤工艺对NC55中部烟叶质量的影响,结果表明,以中温中湿条件,烤后烟叶外观质量最好,化学成分趋于协调,光滑烟比例、杂色烟比例最低,上中等烟比例、均价最高,感官质量评价最高,获得理想的烘烤效益。
The effects of different baking technologies on quality of NC55 middle tobacco leaves were studied.The results showed that the treatment of middle temperature and middle humidity got the best results.Appearance quality and smoking quality were the best ,their chemical compositions tended to be coordinative, tobacco slick and variegated leaves proportion were the lowest, both the proportion of middle and high-class leaves and the average leaf price were the best, sense organ quality were the highest, and obtained ideal baking effects.
