摘要
面对郊野公园规划建设的机遇和挑战,辨析郊野公园的基本概念,并围绕长兴岛开发建设的目标和任务,立足于长兴岛的资源特色和探索实践,提出"生态、自然、野趣"的规划建设理念。提出郊野公园在形态上应具有"丰富的水系、适度变化的地形、厚重的植被、自然的田野风光";在功能上应具有"充满野趣的生态环境、区别于都市化形态的特色度假村和民宿、时尚的体育健身设施、回归自然的田园生活体验",并从生态效应、市民接受度、发展的可持续性3个角度提出判别郊野公园规划建设成败的标准。基于既定的土地政策和建设方式,最后探索提出可持续的投资运营机制。
Facing the opportunities and challenges of country park, the paper analyzes the basic concepts of country park, and around the goals and tasks of the development and construction, Changxing island based on the resource characteristics and exploration practice, put forward ＂the idea of ecological, natural, rustic charm＂. In this paper, the country park should have ＂the rich water, moderate changing terrain, thick vegetation, natural field scenery＂ in form,＂ in the function should have ＂full of the wild environment, different from the urbanization shape characteristic Resort and homestay, fashion sports fitness facilities, return to natural pastoral life experience＂, and puts forward the planning and construction of country park discriminant success criteria from the ecological effects, the public acceptance, the sustainability of development in three aspects. Established the land policy and the construction method, finally proposes the sustainable investment operation mechanism.
