摘要
我国是资源型大国,十分重视煤炭企业的建设。目前,努力构建煤炭企业集群发展已经成为一种趋势,经过分析得出走集群化发展道路将会为煤炭行业开辟一条光明之路。新型的工业化道路也对企业的人力资源管理提出了相当高的要求,基于集群视角,文章将对煤矿企业人力资源管理中所出现的典型问题进行深层次分析。
