摘要
回顾了我国林业机械发展的历程，论述了林业技术装备产业现代化问题。目前全国各类林业机械生产企业近5000家，林业生产机械化程度已达到41．7％。但约70％的装备仅相当于发达国家20世纪80年代的水平，其核心问题是自主创新能力不强，应用基础研究薄弱。指出林业装备产业技术创新战略联盟正是增强自主创新能力的有效载体和机制。为此提出建议：要从战略的高度把握发展的主动权，重视林业装备战略联盟的作用；要加强林业技术装备共性技术的攻关研发；不断探索战略联盟发展的有效机制。
This paper reviewed the development of forestry machinery in China, discusses the forestry moderniza- tion of technical equipment industry. At present the national nearly 5000 kinds of forestry machinery manufacturing enterprises, forestry production mechanization degree has reached to 41.7%. But the overall level of the technology and equipment of forestry in China about 70% of the equipment only equivalent to the level of developed countries in the 1980s, its core question is China＇ s capacity for independent innovation is not strong, weak applied basic re- search. Points out that, the forestry equipment industry technology innovation strategic alliance is the mechanism of effective carrier to enhance independent innovation. To grasp the initiative of development strategically, attach great importance to the role of strategic alliances of forestry equipment. To strengthen forestry technology and equipment of generic technology research and development, constantly explore the effective mechanism of the development of strategic alliance.
