摘要
位于厚表土深部立井井壁由于地表沉降而被破坏 ,为了确保矿井安全 ,需对其壁后土层进行注浆加固 ,故合理设计注浆工艺和参数是非常重要的 .为此 ,根据实测的注浆数据 ,首先分析在粘土层和砂土层中浆液的注入机理 .在此基础上 ,应用弹塑性理论 ,推导了注浆压力、注浆量和注浆孔距的计算公式 .经实际应用 ,取得了较为满意的注浆效果 .
It is very important to design its parameters and its craft in order to guarantee engineering quality and shaft security .On the basis of result of time vs grouting pressure from practical measurement, grouting mechanism was analyzed in clay and sand layer and the questions about grouting pressure, grouting quantity and distance between grouting hole were established based on elastic plastic theory. Through practical application, a good effect has been achieved.
