摘要
2013年6月20日,海南省第一中级人民法院将陈在鹏和冯小松以强奸罪定罪,至此,备受关注的万宁"开房案"终于有了结果。然而此案背后,更多的是我国儿童性教育的缺失和儿童性法律的不完善。本文分析了案件背后我国性教育的缺失,对比了国内外性教育状况,讨论了如何提高儿童的自我保护意识,分析了儿童性法律,并就教育观和传媒等方面表述了一些看法。
On June 20, the First Intermediate People＇ s Court of Hainan province convicted Chen Zaipeng and Feng Xi aosong of forcible rape, which terminated the case of ＂desecration of children＂ in Wanning. In fact, the case exposed the lack of sex education on children and the defects of the relative laws in China. The paper analyzed the lack of sex education and the com parison of the sex education status at home and abroad. It also discussed some measures to help the children improve the con sciousness protection and the relative laws in China and expressed some views on education system and the media, etc.
