摘要
为降低Gemini表面活性剂的使用成本,扩大其应用领域,选择耐温性较好的阴离子Gemini表面活性剂十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠(MADS)与单链阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、非离子表面活性剂辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP10)分别以不同的比例复配.结果显示,其表面性能表现出协同增效作用,且耐盐性较好;在以7∶3的质量比复配时,SDBS-MADS,MADS-OP10的耐盐性表现较突出.将MADS与SDBS,OP10的复配体系分别与聚丙烯酰胺溶液混合,发现表面活性剂在形成胶束之前先在高分子链上吸附直至达到临界聚集浓度,且MADSOP10与聚丙烯酰胺混合体系的粘度随非离子表面活性剂含量的增加而增加.
Anionic Gemini surfactant sodium dodecyl diphenyl ether disulfonate(MADS)was mixed with the single-chain anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate(SDBS)and the non-ionic surfactant octylphenol polyethylene the ethoxylates (OP10) respectively in different ratios to lower the cost.The solution property experimental results show that the surface performance of the mixed systems is more superior to the relevant single surfactants,and the mixed systems of SDBS-MADS and MADS-OP10 in the ratio of 7∶3 appeared the good salt tolerance effect.When the as-mentioned systems of MADS-OP10 and SDBS-MADS were then mixed with poly(acrylamide),the surfactants firstly reached a critical aggregation concentration in the polymer chain before the micelles,and then the viscosity of the mixed systems increased with nonionic surfactant content.
