摘要
分别采用电镀法和化学镀法在炭纤维表面镀镍,通过控制镀镍时间来控制炭纤维表面镀镍颗粒的大小、形态和数量。利用扫描电子显微镜对电镀镍和化学镀镍的炭纤维表面进行微观形貌分析,观察发现两种镀镍方式镍的生长方式是不同的,其中电镀镍中,镍以颗粒状形式生长,而化学镀镍以层片状生长;利用能谱仪对试样进行成分分析,结果表明,电镀炭纤维表面获得镍单质颗粒,而化学镀获得镍磷的合金NiP2颗粒。
