摘要
住院费用管理工作是医院管理的重点和难点。现分析了目前住院收费工作中存在的各种问题,全面探讨了在住院收费管理工作中建立适合于自身发展的质量管理体系的重要作用,并对如何制定质量监督计划,然后就落实质量管理体系要求进行了深入分析,最后认为质量管理体系的运行,可为医院健康发展提供保障。
The management handing operation of hospitalization is the emphasis and difficulty in hospital management.This article analysed the problems existed on charge management working and discussed the importance of quality management system used in hospitalization charge working.It also analysed deeply on how to formulate the quality monitoring plan and analysis the implementation of the quality management system requirements. In the end,this article believes that the quality management system operation can provide the guarantee for the healthy development of the hospital.
