摘要
目的:探讨三金片联合坦索罗辛及环丙沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法:根据慢性前列腺炎分类标准,选取Ⅱ型和ⅢA型慢性前列腺炎患者共120例,并随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例患者。对照组服用坦索罗辛和环丙沙星;治疗组服用三金片、坦索罗辛和环丙沙星。结果:治疗组的治疗成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三金片联合坦索罗辛及环丙沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效达到预期效果,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective： To explore the clinical therapeutic effects of Sanjin tablets combined with tamsulosin and ciprofloxacin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods： According to the classification criteria of selection of chronic prostatitis, chronic prostatitis pa- tients Ⅱ and ⅢA type in 120 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group had 60 patients. The control group taking tamsulosin and ciprofloxacin. Treatment group were treated with Sanjin tablets, tamsulosin and ciprofloxacin. Results ： The successful rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The curative effects of Sanjin tablets combined with tamsulosin and ciprofloxacin in the treatment of chronic prostatitis to achieve the desired effects, it is worth in clinical application.
