地铁综合监控管道温度监控子系统设计

摘要 针对北方地铁环境中用水管道的冬季保温问题,设计了一套自动化管道温度监控系统。采用集散控制系统构建方案,运用现场温度控制器进行管道温度的检测与控制,并依据标准Modbus协议设计了通讯程序和通讯指令集。经实际测试,温度控制器及其通讯功能稳定、可靠,指令集正确、实用。该系统实现了对地铁管道温度的分散控制和集中管理,作为地铁综合监控子系统,具有很好的工程应用价值。 Water pipelines in metro usually need to be thermal insulated in winter,especially in northern China. This paper designs an automatic pipeline temperature monitoring system. Guided by the scheme of constructing distributed control system, the paper develops a kind of field temperature controller to detect and control the water pipeline temperature, and designs the communication program and communication instruction set according to the Modbus protocol. In the actual test, the temperature controller and communication functions work stably and reliably, which proves that the communication instruction set is correct and practical. This system realizes distributed control and centralized management of water pipeline temperature. As a subsystem of ISCS in metro, it possesses practical engineering value.
