摘要
在京沪高铁进行的国内首次现场500 m长钢轨闪光焊接试验,克服了试验条件与现场施工条件的差异,使试验数据更加准确、更具代表性。优化了焊接工艺参数,最大程度上消除或减少了检测手段无法检出的焊头缺陷,保证了焊接质量,提高了焊头一次合格率。为钢轨焊接试验提供了一种新的试验方法,与型式检验相结合使钢轨焊接试验更加完善。在京沪高铁五标段钢轨焊接施工中取得了良好效果,为高铁钢轨焊接试验提供了借鉴。
Experiment is conducted in the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail's home for the first time in the 500 m long rail flash welding,overcomes the difference between the test conditions and the site construction conditions,makes the test data more accurate,more representative.Optimization of welding parameters,welding defects in maximum extent to eliminate and reduce the detection means can not be detected,to ensure the welding quality,improve the welding head one-time pass rate.The experiment test provides a new test method for rail welding test,combined with the type test of the rail welding test more perfecdy.In the Beijing Shanghai high Tiewu section of rail welding construction achieved good results,provides the reference for the high-speed rail rail welding test.
