摘要
目的 :探讨白细胞过滤器过滤前后血液质量的变化 ,及其对临床非溶血性输血反应发生率降低的程度。方法 :将 2 0 0 ml/袋全血或 1u/袋红细胞用白细胞过滤器滤除白细胞。取过滤前后血液标本进行血液质量检测 ,并观察临床非溶血性输血反应发生率降低的程度。结果 :检测过滤后的白细胞及血小板含量均为 0 .0× 10 9/ L滤过率 >99.99% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,其余红细胞计数、血红蛋白含量、红细胞膜渗透脆性试验等均无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :白细胞过滤器能高效地、有选择性地滤除白细胞和血小板 ,能显著降低临床非溶血性输血反应的发生率。
Objective:To observe the changes of blood quality before and after being filtered by leukocyte filter and to observe to what degree it reduces the incidence of clinical non-hemolytic transfusion reactions.Method:The white blood cells were removed by leukocyte filter from whole blood (200 ml/bag) or packed red blood cell (1 unit/bag).Samples before and after filtration were undergone blood quality detection and then observed the extent it reduced the incidence of clinical non-hemolytic transfusion reactions.Result:Both of white blood cell count (WBC) and platelet count (PLT) are 0.0 ×10 9/L after filtration.The rate of filtration is more than 99.99 % (P< 0.05 ).There were no significant changes in RBC count,Hemoglobin concentration and erythrocyte osmotic fragility test,et al.Conclusion:The leukocyte filter can remove leukocyte and thrombocyte with high efficiency and selectivity.It also can significantly reduce the incidence of clinical non-hemolytic transfusion reactions.
