摘要
目的探讨分析手术室人性化护理服务的临床效果并改进服务方法,为提高手术室护理质量提供参考。方法选取我院收治的60例行手术室手术的患者作为研究对象(对照组),对其施以人性化护理服务,根据其反馈意见改进护理方法。对其后收治的60例行手术室手术的患者(观察组)施以改进后的护理方法,比较2组患者的满意度。结果观察组的术后满意程度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室实行人性化护理服务的效果显著,值得在临床工作中推广应用。但是因患者实际情况不同,护理工作的侧重点不同,医护人员要根据患者的情况选择适宜的护理方式。
Objective To explore clinical effects of humanized nursing care in the operating room and improve surgical care methods, so as to provide evidence for further improvement of nursing care in the operating room. Methods Sixty surgical patients hos pitalized in our hospital were selected as research subjects （the control group）, who were given humanized nursing care. In accordance with the feedback from the patients, nursing care methods were improved in the process. Another 60 patients who received surgery in the operating room （the observation group） were given improved nursing care. Then, nursing satisfaction on the part of patients was com pared between the two groups. Results Postoperative satisfaction for the patients of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of humanized nursing care implemented in the operating room was significant, and it was worth further popularization in clinical work. However, due to differences in the patients＇ ac tual situation and the focus of nursing care, medical personnel should choose appropriate care methods according to the patients＇ condi tions.
