摘要
目前我国引发雾霾天气的大气颗粒污染,已经居于亚洲和世界前列,空气污染严重。雾霾天气已成为社会关注的热点,本文认为在此特定形势下,国内实施的结构性减税政策应该针对性的有增有减的来实施调控,从而达到减少大气污染,改善空气质量,提高国人幸福指数的目的。
Right now, the atmospheric particulate pollution which triggers the haze weather in China has already ranked high in Asia and the world. Atmospheric pollution is severe. Haze weather has become the focus of public attention. This article suggests that the do- mestic structural tax reduction policy should targeted decreased and some increased to implement the regulak tion under this particular situation. So as to achieve the aim of reducing atmospheric pollution, improving air quality and promoting Chinese happiness index.
