摘要
目的探讨CT血管造影在脑动静脉畸形(arteriovenous malformations,AVM)与静脉血栓诊断中价值。方法 94例脑动脉血管病变患者应用64排螺旋CT行脑血管造影,并进行容积再现(volume rendering,VR)、多曲面重建(multi-planner reformation,MPR)、最大密度投影(maximum intensity projection,MIP)、三维(three dimensions,3D)等后处理。结果 78例脑CT血管造影正常,上矢状窦、直窦、乙状窦、窦汇及大脑大静脉、大脑内静脉3D、MPR、MIP图像质量均为1级;AVM 14例,均显示畸形供血动脉;颅内静脉及静脉窦血栓2例,可清晰显示血栓。结论 CT血管造影可清晰显示脑静脉结构,对AVM、静脉血栓的诊断有重要价值。
Objective To explore the value of CT to the diagnosis of arteriovenous malformations and cerebral venous thrombosis. Methods Ninety-four patients with cerebral artery diseases received 64-slice spiral CT angiography and were processed with volume rendering, multi-planner reformation (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) and three dimensions (3D) techniques. Results In these 94 patients, 78 patients were found CT normal angiography results with first-level images of superior sagittal sinus, straight sinus, sigmoid sinus, confluence of sinuses, great cerebral vein and internal cerebral vein on 3D, MPR and MIP, 14 were found feeding arterial malformations, and 2 were found venous and venous sinus thrombosis with fine-showed thrombus. Conclusion CT angiography can completely show cerebral venous system structure and it can be used to display arteriovenous malformations and cerebral venous thrombosis.
