摘要
目的回顾分析我国乡镇卫生院资源利用10年来的相关情况,以期对新医改提供借鉴。方法通过查阅文献、实际调查、数据分析等方法进行研究。结果在投入不足、机制不健全的情况下,乡镇卫生院医疗资源利用容易受外部政策环境的影响,存在医疗服务提供积极性下降和数量不足等问题。结论落实投入,健全机制,充分发挥乡镇卫生院在基本医疗服务提供方面的作用,有助于新医改目标的实现。
Objective Retrospective analysis of resources utilization in township hospitals of China for the last 10 years to provide reference for the new healthcare reform.Method Literature review,investigation,and data analysis.Result Under the condition of lack of government investment and unsound mechanism,resources and utilization in township hospitals was influenced by external policy environment,and existed decline on medical services enthusiasm and inadequacy medical service.Conclusion Implementation of investment,perfecting mechanism,giving full role to township hospitals in providing basic medical services will benefit the achievement of the new healthcare reform goal.
