摘要
对W11-4N油田A1井、A2井、A6井产出水和上岸取样口分离水这些单一及混合水样结垢趋势开展预测,结果表明,单井水及单井水等体积混合的水都有结垢倾向,而上岸取样口分离水无结垢倾向(表明上岸水是在管道中结过垢的水),这与海底管道实际结垢的情况一致。W11-4N油田管道垢样的主要成分为Ca9MgNa(PO4)7质量分数约为65%、CaCO3质量分数约为20%、SiO2质量分数约为8%、FeCO3质量分数约为7%。清垢剂研究结果表明,清垢率随所加垢样量的增加而减少,随清垢剂体积、清垢时间的增加而增加;随着温度升高,清垢率增加,但温度高于75℃后,清垢率下降。最终得到了在线清垢剂体系的配方为:50000mg/L主清垢剂QG-3+50000mg/L络合剂LH-1+150mg/L渗透剂ST-4+200mg/L缓蚀剂HS-2。100ml和200ml质量浓度为1×105 mg/L的主清垢剂QG-3水溶液中加1.0g除油垢样,清垢率最高分别为81.85%、91.4%。
The scaling tendency was predicted based on produced water in Well A1,A2and A6and separation water at onshore sample point of W11-4N Oilfield.The result showed that single well water had scale tendency and separation water at onshore sample point had no scale tendency.This indicated that separation water was the result of scaling in pipeline,which was in conformity with the cases in the pipelines under the sea.The main content of scale was 65%(mass fraction)of Ca9 MgNa(PO4) 7,20%(mass fraction)of CaCO3,8%(mass fraction)of SiO2,7%(mass fraction)of FeCO3.The study of scale removing agent shows that the scaling removing rate decreases with the increase of scale,it increases with the increase of removing agent and removing time.The removing rate increases with the rise of the temperature.The removing rate decreases when the temperature is above 75℃.The formulation of removing agent is 5000mg/L QG-3of scale removing agent+5000mg/L LH-1of complexing agent+150mg/L ST-4penetrating agent+ 200mg/L HS-2of corrosion inhibitor.When 1.0g deoiled scale sample is added to 100ml and 200ml of 1×105 mg/L QG-3,scale dissolving rate is 81.85%and 91.4%respectively.
