2006—2012年上海市浦东新区部分食品中食源性致病菌检测结果分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解上海市浦东新区部分食品中食源性致病菌的污染状况和污染来源。方法 2006—2012年,按照全国食品污染物监测网计划对浦东新区9大类食品1 158份样品中5种食源性致病菌的污染状况进行了监测。结果各类食品中食源性疾病致病菌的总检出率为3.73%,其中沙门菌的检出率为6.56%,副溶血弧菌检出率5.68%,单增李斯特菌检出率1.38%;未检出大肠杆菌(O157∶H7)和金黄色葡萄球菌。结论浦东地区食品中食源性致病菌的污染主要存在于生禽肉、生畜肉和水产品中,副溶血弧菌、沙门菌和单增李斯特菌是污染食品的主要致病菌。 [ Objective] To understand the contamination characteristics and sources of pathogenic bacteria in food from Pudong New Area of Shanghai City. [ Methods ] From 2006-2012, a total of 1 158 samples of 9 kinds of foods were examined for 5 food-borne pathogens in Pudong New Area by national active food-borne pathogens surveillance system. [ Results ] The total detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in food samples accounted for 3. 73%, whereas Salmonella spp (6. 56%), Vibrio parahaemolyticus (5.68% } , Listeria monocytogens ( 1. 38% ). Escherichia coli ( O157 : H7 ) and Staphylococcus aureus were not detected. [ Conclusion ] The food-borne pathogens contamination mainly exists in raw poultry, raw meat and aquatic products in Pudong New Area. Salmonella spp, Listeria monocytogens,Vibrio parahaemolyticus are the main pathogens.
