摘要
烷基糖苷由葡萄糖和脂肪醇在酸催化下合成的一类新型非离子型表面活性剂,应用领域非常广泛。介绍了烷基糖苷的发展历史、现状及其应用情况,重点阐述了烷基糖苷的合成方法,提出新工艺的开发仍是APG生产的主要研究方向。
Alkyl polyglycoside（APG）synthesized from glucose and fatty alcohol in the acid catalysis is a kind of important new non-ionic surfactant with extensive applications. The APG development history, present situation and application situation is introduced. The synthesis methods of alkyl glucoside are highlighted. Finally, it is pointed out that the development of the new technology is still a main research direction of the APG production.
