摘要
目的：比较不同药物联合腹腔镜治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿的临床疗效。方法：选择2008年1月-2010年6月四川省荣县人民医院收治的卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿患者100例,依据随机对照原则分为A组（50例）与B组（50例）；所有患者均先行腹腔镜手术,A组术后联合甲地孕酮进行治疗,B组术后联合孕三烯酮进行治疗,对所有患者的术后症状缓解情况、术后复发率、受孕率及不良反应情况进行观察随访。结果：所有患者均顺利完成治疗并成功随访,A组有效33例,基本有效4例,无效9例,总有效率为74.0%；B组有效20例,基本有3例,无效16例,总有效率为46.0%,两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：甲地孕酮联合腹腔镜治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿具有良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with different drugs in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst.Methods：100 cases with ovarian endometriosis cyst treated by different drugs combined with laparoscopy from January 2006 to June 2012 in people＇s hospital of Rong County in Sichuan Province were selected and randomly divided into group A （50 cases） and group B（50 cases）.Patients in group A were treated with megestrol acetate after laparoscopic surgery and patients in group B were treated with gestrinone after laparoscopic surgery.All the paitents were followed up and observed with symptoms alleviated,relapse rate,conception rate and adverse reaction conditions.Results：All the paitents were treated and followed up successfully.33 effective cases,4 fundamental cases and 9 invalid cases were found in group A,the total effective rate was 74.0%;20 effective cases,3 fundamental cases and 16 invalid cases were found in group B,the total effective rate was 46.0%,the difference of total effective rate in the two groups was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Megestrol acetate combined with laparoscopy to treat endometriotic cyst of ovary has good clinical effect.This treatment is deserved to be promoted.
