正火处理对数控机床铣刀性能的影响

摘要 对M2钢数控机床铣刀进行不同工艺参数的正火处理,并进行了室温耐磨损性、抗高温氧化性和抗热疲劳性的测试和分析。结果表明:不同正火工艺下的铣刀性能不同,与830℃保温10 min后风冷的正火处理相比,840℃保温10 min后风冷的正火处理可使M2钢数控机床铣刀的磨损体积降低74.39%,单位面积质量增加降低79.53%,热疲劳级别从13级变为4级。 The normalizing treatment with different process parameters for M2 steel tool cutter of numerical control machine was carried out, and then wear resistance at room temperature, oxidation resistance at high temperature and thermal fatigue resistance were measured and analyzed. The results show that the milling performances by using different normalizing treatment processes are different. Compared with the milling performances under conditions of normalizing treatment at 830 ℃ for 10 min, the normalizing treatment at 840 ℃ for 10min after the air-cooled made the wear volume of M2 steel tool cutter of numerical control machine can be decreased by 74.39%, the mass gain per unit area mass reduced by 79.53%, and the thermal fatigue level range changes from 13 order to 4 order.
