摘要
为改善电子式互感器的电磁兼容性能,提高其挂网运行稳定性,提出了一些电子式互感器电磁兼容性能检测的新方法,在国家标准要求的电磁兼容项目中新增了模拟现场投运强电磁干扰的隔离开关容性小电流试验,并且在40多台样机上进行了试验。最后分析了电子式互感器的电磁干扰兼容性能检测的试验项目设置和试验结果,以及隔离开关容性小电流试验的试验原理和试验结果,结合电子式互感器工作电磁环境和干扰途径,提出了电子式互感器电磁兼容中的易受干扰环节以及相应的改进措施。试验研究表明,型式试验规定的电磁兼容试验项目中故障率最高的为浪涌抗扰度试验,可以在合并单元和采集器的电源端口采用抑制浪涌的元器件来防范浪涌骚扰所产生的电磁干扰。现有的电磁兼容试验不能全面考核电子式互感器的抗干扰能力,在电子式互感器的检测中需增加隔离开关容性小电流试验。
For promoting the electromagnetic compatibility {EMC) and stability of electronic transformers (ETs), we proposed some new detection methods, including adding tests of small capacitive current in disconnector besides EMC tests required by national standard to simulate strong electromagnetic interference. The EMC performance was tested on 40 ETs. We also analyzed the EMC performance test in both item setting and results, and analyzed the theory and result of tests for small capacitive current of disconnector in detail. Then we put forward some important factors which were susceptible to electromagnetic interference in ETs and the corresponding improvement measures, by analyzing the ETs' electromagnetic working environment and the interference routes. The test results show that the faults of the surge immunity performance of ETs are the most obvious, which can be conquered by adding components to inhibit surge in power ports of merging unit and collector. Since the existing EMC performance tests are insufficient for evaluating ETs' anti-inteference capability, the proposed test for small capacitive current of disconnector is necessary in ETs' performance tests.
