蚓激酶联合氯吡格雷治疗短暂性脑缺血发作并糖尿病疗效分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨蚓激酶联合氯吡格雷治疗短暂性脑缺血发作并糖尿病的疗效。方法选取2012-03—2013-08间我院收治的短暂性脑缺血发作并糖尿病患者96例,按治疗方式不同随机分为观察组和对照组,每组48例,对照组给予氯吡格雷治疗,观察组给予蚓激酶联合氯吡格雷治疗,对2组患者临床疗效、实验室检测相关指标进行比较。结果观察组痊愈37例(77.08%),总有效率95.83%,对照组痊愈23例(47.92%),总有效率75.00%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组全血黏度、FG、TpP、CPR等各项实验室检测相关指标改善情况显著优于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蚓激酶联合氯吡格雷治疗短暂性脑缺血发作并糖尿病疗效确切,能显著降低纤维蛋白,改善患者血液流变学相关指标,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the efficacy of lumbrokinase combined clopidogrel in the treatment of transient ische-mic attack and diabetes treatment. Methods From March 2012 to August 2013, 96 patients with transient ischemic attack and diabetes in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods, 48 cases in each group. Control group was given clopidogrel, observation group received lumbrokinase combined clo- pidogrel treatment. The clinical curative effect and laboratory detection of relevant indicators of the two groups were observed and compared. Results In the observation group, 37 cases were cured, the cure rate was 77.08% the total effective rate was 95. 83%; in the control group, 23 cases cured, the cure rate was 47.92%, the total effective rate was 75.00%. The efficacy in observation group was significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05) ; The improvements of whole blood viscosity, FG, TpP, CPR in observation group were better than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Lumbrokinase combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of transient ischemic attack and diabetes has determined curative effect, and can significantly reduce the fibrin, improve the relevant indexes of blood archeology, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
