摘要
目的:建立仙慈丹(XCD)的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别,RP-HPLC法进行定量测定。结果:建立了半枝莲、三七、姜黄、苏木的薄层色谱鉴别方法,建立了野黄芩苷的测定方法,野黄芩苷的加样回收率为100.55%(RSD为1.54%,n=6),线性范围为0.032~0.481μg(r=0.999 9)。结论:所建立的定性、定量方法简便、准确、重复性好,专属性强,可较全面地控制仙慈丹的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard for Xiancidan. Method: TLC was used to qualitatively differentiate the material medicines; and RP-HPLC was used to detect the content of scutellarin. Result: The TLC identification method for ScuteUaria barbara, Caesalpinia sappan, Curcuma longa and Panax notoginseng ( Burk. ) F. H. Chen in the preparation was established. The con- tent of scutellarin was linear within the range of 0.032-0. 481 ~g( r = 0. 999 9). The average recovery was 100.55%. Conclusion: The methods are easily operated with promising specificity and repeatability, and convenient, reliable and accurate in the quality con- trol of Xiancidan
