摘要
为解决高煤公司低压配电系统保护功能单一、监测监控功能不完善及停送电操作效率低的问题,采用智能监控装置建立低压配电监控管理系统和网管下的停送电操作管理流程。生产实践表明:该监控管理系统的应用实现了低压配电系统的远程监测监控和分合闸,进一步提高了供电系统的安全可靠性和利用率。
In order to solve the problems of single protection function, imperfection of inspection and con- trol and low efficiency of power outages and transmission operation existed in low voltage distribution sys- tem in Zaozhuang coal preparation plant, using intelligent monitoring and control device established moni- toring management system of low- voltage distribution system as well as power outages and transmission operation management flowsheet under the management of network. The production practice shows that with application of the monitoring and management system realized the remote monitoring and control of low voltage distribution system and switching, further improved the safety and reliability of power supply and utilization system.
