结肠癌患者血清IL-6、CEA和CA19-9联合检测的临床意义 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨血清中肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(carcinoembryonic antigen,CEA)、糖类抗原19-9(carbohydrate antigen,CA19-9)和白介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)的水平与结肠癌的关系。方法用西门子化学发光免疫法测定35例结肠癌患者IL-6、CEA、CA19-9的水平,并设20例健康体检者为对照组。结果结肠癌患者血清IL-6、CEA及CA19-9的水平均显著高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CEA阳性组的IL-6阳性率明显高于CEA阴性组,分别为79.17%和20.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CA19-9阳性组的IL-6阳性率明显高于CA19-9阴性组,分别为83.33%和16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IL-6、CA19-9、CEA联合检测的阳性率为94.28%,显著高于单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌患者血清IL-6水平与其血清CEA、CA19-9水平呈明显的正相关,可协同检测,在此类肿瘤的诊断、监测和预后判断等方面具有一定的临床应用价值。 To study the association of colorectal cancer with serum levels of interieukin-6 (IL-6), carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen-19-9 (CA19-9) in serum, the IL-6, CEA, and CA19-9 levels of 35 cases of colorectal cancer patients were measured with chemiluminescent immunoassay, with healthy groups as control. We found that the serum levels of IL-6, CEA, and CA19-9 in colorectal cancer patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P〈 0.05); the positive rate of IL-6 in the group with positive expression of CEA was significantly higher than that in the group with negative expression of CEA, with the rate of 79.17% and 20.83% (P〈 0.05), respectively; and the positive rate of IL-6 in the group with positive expression of CA19-9 was significantly higher than that in the group with negative expression of CA19-9, with the rate of 83.33% and 16.67% (P〈 0.05) respectively. While the positive rate of IL-6, CA19-9, and CEA combined detection was significantly higher than that of alone detection, with the rate of 94.28%(P〈 0.05). In conclusion, IL-6 together with the CA19-9 and CEA can be regarded as effective tumor markers, which has some clinical value in the diagnosis, monitoring, and prognosis of colorectal cancer.
