达如奇颗粒对感染性发热增盛热证的解热作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究蒙药达如奇颗粒对干酵母和脂多糖(LPS)所致发热增盛热证的解热作用及其特点。方法:干酵母所致大鼠发热大鼠按基础体温分为空白组、模型组、达如奇颗粒高(0.5g/kg)和低剂量组(0.3s/kg)、布洛芬片(0.02g/kg)组。除空白组外,其余组背部皮下注射10%酵母悬液lOml/kg致热,在致热后6、8、10h灌胃给药3次,每隔1h测量体温1次,连续观察24h。LPS所致家兔发热将家兔按基础体温分为空白组、模型组、达如奇颗粒组(0.25g/kg)、布洛芬片组(0.1g/kg),除空白组外,其余各组于耳缘经脉注射LPS0.75μ/kg致热,各组在致热同时灌胃给药1次,间隔2h再灌胃1次,每隔1h测量体温1次,连续观察8h,计算各组各时间点升温值,并计算最大体温升温值体温反应指数(TRI)。结果:干酵母致大鼠发热实验结果表明,达如奇颗粒低剂量组致热7~17h、23~24h体温明显低于模型组。达如奇颗粒低剂量组TRI16-13TRI13-24与模型组比较有显著性差异。达如奇颗粒高剂量组致热7~17h、19~21h、23h体温明显低于模型组,TRI6-13和TRIl3-24与模型组比较,有显著性差异。LPS致家兔发热实验结果表明,达如奇颗粒组致热2~8h体温明显低于模型组,TRI3和TRI8与模型组比较,有显著性差异。结论:达如奇颗粒有明显的解热作用,适用于感染性发热,并符合蒙医增盛热证期的治疗,提示其疗效显著、作用持久。 Research on antipyretic effect and characteristics of Traditional Mongolian herbal medicine Daruqi particles on increased fe ver syndromes induced by dry yeast and lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Method : Dry yeast induced rat fever experiment : The rats were divided to blank control group, model group, Daruqi high dose group(0.5g/kg), Daruqi low dose group(0.3g/kg), ibuprofen tablets group(0.02g/kg) by their basal body temperature. Besides blank control group, the 10% yeast suspension were subcutaneous injected to all other groups on 10ml/kg dose for induce fever. Intragastrie administration were acted on 6,8,10 hours for all groups after fever induced. The body tempera ture was measured every hour for 24 hour. LPS induced rabbit fever experiment: The rats were divided to blank control group, model group, Daruqi group (0.25 g/kg), ibuprofen tablets group(0.1 g/kg)by their basal body temperature. Besides blank control group, ear vein injection of LPS were acted on all other groups on dose of 0.75ug/kg for induce fever. Intragastric administration was acted to all groups when fever in duced and 2 hours after fever. The body temperature was measured every hour for 8 hour. Calculate the heating value of all groups ; calculate the maximum value of temperature response index of heating value ; draw curve of average temperature. Result: The result of dry yeast in duced rat fever experiment showed that the body temperature of Daruqi low dose group were decreased obviously on 10-17 hour and 22 - 24 hour after fever induction, compared with blank control group, no significant differences, P 〉 0.05 ; the body temperature were significantly lower than model group 7 ~ 17 hour, 23 ~ 24 hour after fever induction, have significantly differences, P 〈 0.05 ; the body temperature were Significantly lower than ibuprofen group 16-17 hour, 19 ~ 24 hour after fever induction, have significantly differences, P 〈 0.05. The TRI16- 13 and TRI 13 -24 of Daruqi particles group decreased significantly , compare with model group, have significant differences, P 〈0.05; the TRI 13-24 lower then ibuprofen group, had significant differences, P 〈0.05 ; compared with blank control group, no significant differences, P 〉 0.05. The body temperature of Daruqi high dose group decreased at 11 ~ 24 hour after fever induction, have no significant differences, P 〉0.05 ; lower than model group at 7 ~ 17 hour, 19 -21 hour, 23 hour after fever induction, have significant differences, P 〈0.05 ; lower than ibuprofen group at 16 ~ 24 hour, had significant differences, P 〈 0.05. TRI 6 ~ 13 and TRI13 ~ 24 of Daruqi high dose group decreased significantly, compared with model group, had significant differences, P 〈 0.05; TRI13 ~ 24 significantly lower than ibuprofen group, had significant differences, P 〈0.05; compared with blank control group, TRI 13 ~ 24 had no significant differences, P 〉 0.05. LPS induced rabbit fever experiment showed that body temperature of ibuprofen group lower than model group at 1 ~ 5 hour after fever induction, had sig nificant differences, P 〈 0.05 ; Daruqi particles group lower than model group at 2 ~ 8 hours after fever induction, had significant differences, P 〈 0.05. 'TRI3 and TRI8 of Daruqi particles decreased significantly, compared with model group, had significant differences, P 〈 0.05 ; compared with blank control group, TRI8 have no significant differences, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion: Daruqi particles were useful in medication of infectious fever, in accordance with medication of increased fever syndromes of Traditional Mongolian Medicine, it~ efficacy was significant and lasting.
