摘要
新闻以内容为王,新闻阅读类APP(Application第三方智能手机应用程序)应围绕内容进行用户体验构建。用户体验即是让用户感知价值,满足用户需求,为用户创造价值。因此,本研究采用顾客感知价值理论作为核心研究理论,将用户体验的构建与感知价值建立联系,采用科学量化的问卷调查法,从使用时间、使用场景、个性需求三个维度进行因子分析、描述性统计分析,得出移动数字阅读用户体验构建的若干假设。
The news content is king,the news-reading applications of the smart phones should build user experience around the content. The user experience means that let the users perceived value, meet the demand of the user and create value for users. So our study made the theory of customer perceived value as the core, and made factor analysis and descriptive statistical analysis from three aspects: usage duration, usage scenario and individuality demand. At last we drew some conclusions about the user experience building of the mobile digital reading.
