摘要
证候研究是中医基础研究的一个关键的科学问题,中医的"证"是辨证论治的起点和核心。随着后基因组时代的到来,系统生物学逐渐受到关注。系统生物学是研究一个生物系统中所有组成成分(基因、mRNA、蛋白质等)的构成,以及在特定条件下这些组分间相互关系的科学,将系统生物学应用于中医证候研究是目前的研究热点。本文探讨了中医证候与系统生物学的相关性及其意义,总结了基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学和代谢组学在中医证候研究中取得的成就,同时分析了系统生物学在中医证候研究中存在的问题与不足,并提出了今后研究的设想,为从多学科、多视角进一步认识中医证候的本质提供了重要的方法学基础和技术条件。
TCM syndrome research is especially challenging in TCM basic research, because "syndrome" is the starting point if "treatment on syndrome differentiation" is to be explored. With the advent of post-genomic era, systems biology gains all the more focus. Systems biology is a science that studys all the components in a biological system ( gene, the mRNA, protein, etc. ), and the relationships between these components under certain conditions, and one of the study interests is applying the systems biology to the research of syndromes in a sense of TCM. This paper discussed the correlation between syndrome of TCM and system biology and its significance, and summarized research achievements of the genomics, transeriptomics, proteomics and metabonomics in TCM syndrome. Additionally, we analyzed problems and insufficiencies of systems biology in TCM syndrome research, and put forward the idea of future research, and provided important methodology basis and technical conditions in order to further understand the essence of TCM from multiple disciplines and points of view.
