A New Defect Detection in the Solid Propellant

摘要 为实现对推进剂装药包覆层/药柱黏接界面脱黏缺陷的检测,采用X射线切向照相技术对典型推进剂装药包覆层/药柱黏接界面脱黏或分离的面积性缺陷进行了理论分析与检测试验,提出了适宜的检测条件和检测方法;解剖结果证明,采用X射线切向照相技术的检测结果准确可靠,该检测方法能有效控制固体推进剂装药的质量。 X-ray tangent detection was induced to test the interface between the solid propellant surface and its coating. The adhesive defect properties of the interface used in free-assemble solid propellant were researched. The optimized investigating condition requirement and the method were found out, and the de feet area surface of the interface between the propellant surface and its coating on typical propellant was characterized. The results show that the method rovinz of the solid propellant. is credible and it is very effective to control the quality improving of the solid propellant.
