摘要
本文建立了分析油田化学常用原料AMPS的高效液相色谱(紫外检测器)的方法。色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-AQ柱(5μm,4.6×150mm,Agilent);流动相采用0.01mol/L KH2PO4溶液(用5%H3PO4调节pH为2.3)-甲醇(体积比为95∶5);检测波长:210nm;流速:1.0mL﹒min-1;柱温:20℃;进样量:5μL。采用该方法可以应用该法对不同来源AMPS单体原料进行了成功分析检测,分析过程简便、结果可靠,可用于固井水泥外加剂合成原料的纯度分析。
A method was developed for analyzing of AMPS, a main material of Oilfield Chemicals by HPLC detection. The separation was performed on an agilent ZORBAX SB-AQ(5 μm,4.6x150 mm, Agilent)with Solution 0.01 mol/L KHzPO4(pH=2.3) Methanol (volume ratio 95:5) at a flow rate of 1.0ml/min, the column temperature at 20 ℃, the detection wavelength at 210 nm for VWD,. The Sample from different regions were successfully analyzed by using this method. These results demonstrated that the proposed method is simple, sensitive mad reliable for analysis material of Oilfield Chemicals
