脑外伤后甲状腺激素水平与病情的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 脑外伤与神经内分泌的关系在临床上日益受到关注,而临床上许多严重的非甲状腺疾病可引起甲状腺激素水平的变化,血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)和/或甲状腺素(T4)值很低时,常提示预后差。本文探讨甲状腺激素水平与脑外伤病情严重程度及预后的关系。
