摘要
在云南,钛磁铁矿的选矿工艺大多数为重-磁联合流程,弱磁选所产生的钛磁铁矿一般含TiO2 15%~25%,含Fe45%~50%,一般作为粗级铁精粉低价销售。为综合利用资源,就某钛选厂弱磁产品-钛磁铁矿进行磁-浮试验研究,得到了舍TiO2 48.20%的钛精矿和含Fe60.94%的铁精矿,达到了资源综合利用的目的。
The combined flowsheet of gravity concentration- low intensity magnetic separation is widely used in titanium plant, in Yunnan province. The titanium-magnetite from the low intensity magnetic separation operation is sold in low price as rough iron concentrate which contains 15% -25% TiO2 and 45%-50% Fe. In order to enhance the compre- hensive utilization of resource, an experimental research of magnetic separation-flotation was carried out on the recovery of titanium. The titanium concentrate with 48. 20% TiO2 and iron concentrate with 60.94% Fe were obtained, as a re- sult, the purpose of comprehensive resources utilization was achieved.
