摘要
环境法与自然资源法具备趋同的法律保护客体———环境和自然资源、共同的法律调整对象———生态经济社会关系、相互融合的法律调整方法———立法模式 ,因此 ,环境法与自然资源法应当融合而成为一个法律部门。
The law of environment and of natural resources have the environment and natural resources as their similar objects for legal protection,take the relationship in ecological economy and society as their common object for adjustment,and the way of regulating are merged with each other.Therefor,environmental law and the law of natural resources should constitute on department of law.
