摘要
校企合作已经成为工学专业人才培养的常见模式,通过把企业的人员和项目引入学校提升工学专业的教学水平和就业水平是学校方面的良好愿望。但在具体操作中却面临一些问题:实践教学质量难以保证、学生成绩评定模式单一、各种竞赛资源没有很好地利用等方面的问题。以计算机专业实验室建设为切入点,以学校的教学实践为基础,针对校企合作人才培养面临的问题提出解决思路,并为今后提高相关专业的教学水平提出建议。
School-enterprise cooperation has become an engineering professional training common model, through the introduction of corporate and project engineering schools to enhance professional teaching standards and employment levels is the good wishes of school. In fact it is facing some problems: difficult to guarantee the quality of practice teaching, simple student assessments model, various competitions resources are not a good use of other issues. Makes a computer pro- fessional laboratory construction as an entry point to the school's teaching practice-based, school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training for the problems, puts forward ideas for the future to improve the standard of teaching related professional recommendations.
