摘要
应用空气整段间隔流动注射法结合 Cu^(2+)-Na_2S_2O_3-磺基水杨酸铁催化褪色反应体系,建立了测定微量铜的 FIA 催化动力学分析法。该法检测限达0.1μg/ml,测定频率为90样次/h,最大 RSD 及回收率分别为1.5%和97~106%,还研究了常见共存离子的影响及消除方法。将该法应用于地矿样品微量铜的测定,结果与 FAAS 法一致。
A new flow injection analysis(FIA)system,air-segmented FIA in which the sample zone is separated by only two air bubbles,is used to determine trace amounts of Cu^(2+) by the copper-catalyzed color-fading reaction of ferric(Ⅲ)sulfosalicylate reduced with Na_2S_2O_3 with high selectivity.The calibration curve of this method is linear over the range of 0~4 μg/ml,and this method has been used to determine trace amounts of copper in some ore samples.
