摘要
目的:探讨浙江省某医院重症监护病房(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)患者疾病应对方式与非理性信念的关系。方法:以浙江省某医院ICU住院的88例患者为研究对象,随机抽取普通病房住院患者为对照。采用医学应对方式问卷评价疾病应对方式,采用非理性信念量表评价非理性信念。比较两组疾病应对方式和非理性信念的差别,并进行相关性分析。结果:观察组面对得分显著低于对照组,屈服和回避得分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。观察组低挫折耐受、概括化评论和绝对化要求得分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。面对与低挫折耐受、概括化评论和绝对化要求负相关(P<0.05);回避与低挫折耐受、概括化评论和绝对化要求正相关(P<0.05);屈服与低挫折耐受、概括化评论和绝对化要求无相关(P>0.05)。结论:非理性信念是ICU患者疾病应对方式的重要影响因素。
Objective： To know the relationship between disease coping style and irrational beliefs in patients in Intensive Care Unit （ICU）. Methods： 88 patients in ICU were named the observed group, and 88 patients in general ward were named the control group. The medical coping style questionnaire was used to investigate the medical coping style, and the irrational beliefs scale was used to investigate the irrational beliefs. The scales of medical coping style and irrational beliefs were compared between the two groups, and the correlation analysis was used to know the relationship of the medical coping style and the irrational beliefs. Results： The score of facing in the observed group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P 〈0.01 ）, but the score of yield and avoidance in the observed group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of low frustration tolerance, generalization review and absolute requirements review in the observed group was signifi- cantly higher than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of facing was negatively correlated with low frustration tolerance, generalization review and absolute requirements review （ P 〈 0.05 ）, while the score of avoidance was significantly positive correlated with low frustration toler- ance, generalization review and absolute requirements review. Conclusion： The irrational beliefs was the important factor of disease coping style in patients in ICU.
