摘要
本文根据现代社会发展形势,从管理意识、管理机构、专业人才、管理制度、保管场所、硬件设施、管理手段、管理方式等方面,分析了水利工程档案管理现状及存在的问题,提出了加强水利工程档案管理的主要途径,具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
