摘要
目的:探讨全麻与联合颈丛神经阻滞对甲状腺手术应激反应的影响。方法:选择60例择期行单侧或双侧甲状腺部分切除术的患者为研究对象,设立实验组(BSCPB组和BDSCPB组)及对照组(GA组),检测两组间术中各时点的HR、MAP及围术期E、NE及术后各时点的CORT水平的变化。结果:BDSCPB组和BSCPB组患者术中各时点的血流动力学相关指标及围手术期神经内分泌应激激素水平较基础值变化不明显。结论:全麻联合颈丛神经阻滞能更好地维持术中血流动力学的稳定,并能有效地调控围手术期应激反应。
Objective To investigate the effects of general anesthesia combining with cervical plexus block on stress response of thyroid operation. Methods 60 patients undergoing unilateral or bilateral thyroid partial resection were selected as research objects, and the experimental groups （BSCPB group and BDSCPB group） and control group （GA group） were set to test the HR, MAP and E, NE, CORT level changes between two groups at different time during operation period. Results Hemodynamics and neuroendocrine stress hormone levels in BDSCPB group and BSCPB group at different time during operation period were changed slightly by comparing with the baseline value. Conclusion General anesthesia combining with cervical plexus block can maintain good hemodynamic stability, and control the stress reaction effectively in operation period
