柴油机DPF过滤材料研究现状及发展趋势 被引量:12

摘要 PM2.5严重地污染环境并危害人类健康,柴油车尾气是其主要排放来源之一。因此柴油机尾气的净化技术一直是人们研究的热点问题。微粒捕集器(DPF)技术是满足未来车用柴油机严格排放法规的必要措施。本文介绍了DPF净化机理,综述了陶瓷基、金属基及复合基三类常用的滤芯材料,展望了微粒捕集器的发展趋势,提出了以碳化微米木纤维为过滤材料的柴油机复合基DPF,其过滤效率高,排气背压小,使用寿命长,可为柴油机尾气净化开辟一个新的方向。 PM2 5 seriously pollutes the environment and harms the human health. Diesel exhaust is one of the main emission sources. Therefore the purification technology of diesel engine exhaust is always the research fo- cus. Diesel particulate filter (DPF) technology is a necessary measure to meet the future vehicle diesel engine emission regulations. This paper introduces DPF purification mechanism, and summarizes three kinds of filter material of tile ceramic-matrix, metal matrix and composite foundation. The development trend in the DPF is prospected. The kinds of filtering materials for diesel machine DPF are suggested, which comprise the carbon- ized Micron Wood Fiber and bamboo fiber, carbonized micron straw fiber filter materials. They have high filte- ring efficiency, low baekpressure, long service life, and can open up a new direction for the diesel engine ex- haust gas purification.
