摘要
HER-2/neu癌基因,又名c-erbB-2,在人体定位于染色体17q21,其编码产物p185Her-2蛋白在许多肿瘤,如乳腺癌、卵巢癌、非小细胞肺癌等肿瘤中过量表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展及预后关系密切。近年来,随着对Her-2/neu的研究不断深入,其已经成为乳腺癌靶向治疗的研究热点。
