摘要
目的观察四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)阳性胃溃疡患者的治疗作用及HP清除效果。方法选择我院2012年3月至2013年5月132例HP阳性胃溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组66例患者采用传统的甲硝唑+奥美拉唑+阿莫西林三联法治疗,观察组66例患者采用四联疗法治疗,疗程结束后,对两组患者治疗效果、HP根除率及不良反应进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为95.45%;对照组总有效率为81.82%;两组治疗前HP均为阳性,治疗后观察组HP阴性49例,转阴率为74.24%,对照组HP阴性38例,转阴率为57.58%,两组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率分别为4.55%,3.03%,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论四联疗法对HP阳性胃溃疡患者治愈率高,HP根除彻底,是安全。
Objective Observed the quadruple therapy for the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer HP positive and the effect of HP clear. Methods Selected 132 HP positive patients with gastric ulcer of the period from March 2012 to May 2013 in our hospi- tal. Randomly divided into two groups. The 66 patients of the control group used metronidazole,omeprazole and amoxieillin for treat- ment. While the observation group were treated with quadruple therapy. After the treatment, compared the results, HP eradication rates and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%. While the con- trol group was 81.82% before treatment, the two groups were positive for HP. After treatment, the HP negative of the observation group was 49 eases and the negative rate was 74.24%. Whlie the HP negative of the control group was 38 eases and the negative rate was 57. 58% which difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. But the adverse reaction rates of two groups were 4. 55% and 3.03% which difference was not significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The cure rate of quadruple therapy for the HP - positive patients with gastric ulcer is high which is safe and effective.
