摘要
产学研协同创新系统是企业、高校、科研机构开展深度合作和协同创新的创新组织模式。运用系统动力学方法分析了产学研协同创新系统的特性和构成要素,构建了产学研协同创新系统中各个变量的因果关系图和反馈回路,建立了产学研协同创新系统运行机制的系统动力学模型。从创新成果的形成与转化、创新资金的循环流动、创新人才的流动和创新系统机制4个方面分析了产学研协同创新系统的运行机制。
Industry- university- reseach collaborative innovation system is a new organization pattern that enterprises, universi- ties, and research institutions promote in - depth cooperation and cooperative innovation. Using the method of System Dynamics, we analyzed the features and components of the industry - university - reseach collaborative innovation system, built the cause - effect chart and feedback circuit of the industry - university - reseaeh collaborative innovation system, established the system dynamic model of the pindustry - university - reseach collaborative innovation system' s operating mechanism. Analyzed the operating mechanism of the industry - university - reseach collaborative innovation system from the perspective of innovative achievements' transformation, the per- spective of innovative fund' s cycling, the perspective of innovative talents' flow, and the perspective of innovative system' s mecha- nism, respectively.
