摘要
为了介绍高端放顶煤液压支架的总体结构及有关参数确定,提出了将陶瓷等离子喷涂工艺应用于支架的活塞杆和立柱,克服了传统表面镀铬工艺存在的不足.针对两柱大采高放顶煤液压支架与四柱式放顶煤支架对其顶板控制情况进行了比较分析.
This paper introduces the overall structure and related parameters of high-end caving support, proposes the Ion- spraying technology such as ceramic applied to the piston rod and bracket prop, which overcomes the defect of traditional plating chrome process on surface. The study compared and analyzed the two-leg large working height caving support and four-leg caving support in view of the controlling situation to their upper plate.
