X线结合CT扫描诊断腰椎间盘突出症68例的临床价值 被引量：5

摘要 目的:分析X线结合CT扫描对诊断腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的临床价值。材料与方法:对经手术证实的68例腰椎间盘突出症患者经X线平片照摄和CT扫描,结合临床表现诊断为腰椎间盘突出症患者的影像学资料,并作对照研究。结果:CT诊断符合率与X线平片相比,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),X线结合CT扫描诊断正确率为100%,与单纯X线平片以及CT扫描有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:X线结合CT扫描更能提高诊断率,在诊断腰椎间盘突出症具有很重要的临床价值。
