This article introduced Leshan Teachers College's measures in the construction and administration of laboratories to improve its experiment teaching qualities and the results of standard school\|running; to stress experiment teaching, to develop students' basic experiment skills and operating abilities; to mobilize the laboratory staff's enthusiasm and creativity by work-load system; to carry out laboratory appraisal; and to introduce modern educational technologies into teaching through its campus network.
