摘要
目的探讨中西医结合辩证护理在糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)中的应用效果。方法将80例DPN患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用中西医结合护理,比较2组的护理效果。结果观察组护理后的临床症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后的运动神经、感觉神经的传导速度显著快于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理能够加快DPN病情的缓解,改善患者的神经传导功能,提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine on treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Meth- ods 80 DPN patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The con- trol group was conducted with conventional nursing, while the observation group was conducted with combined nursing of TCM and western medicine on the basis of the control group. Nursing ef- ficacy was compared between the two groups. Results Score of clinical symptoms in the observa- tion group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, while the total effec- tive rate was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; conduction velocities of motor nerve and sensory nerve in the observation group were significantly faster than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; satisfactory degree toward nursing in the observation group was signifi- cantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of combined nursing of TCM and western medicine can accelerate the remission of DPN, improve the nerve con- duction function and improve the quality of diabetic patients.
