摘要
在当前时代背景下,随着全球化的进一步发展以及我国对外开放的进一步拓展,将涉外警务学设为公安学的二级学科,不仅是我国公安学继续发展和繁荣的需要,而且是解决涉外警务实际工作面临困境的需要。同时,根据通行的学科衡量标准,涉外警务学已初步具备增列为二级学科的条件,即研究对象从属于公安学研究对象的范畴,具有较完整的专业知识体系和公认的专门术语,已取得较丰硕的教学科研成果,具备独立完整的人才培养体系。
Under the background of the current era, with the further development of globalization and expansion of opening to the outside world, setting Foreign Police Science as a second subject in sciences of Public Security is not only the need of public security development and prosperity, but also the need of solution to the dilemma of the foreign police actual work. Meanwhile, according to the general subject standard, the Foreign Police Science has preliminary reached the discipline requirement for the second level subject, referring to the public security science research category with a complete system of specialized knowledge and terminology. It has acquired great achievements in teaching and scientific research with an independent and complete training system.
