摘要
目的分析抗菌药物临床使用不合理情况,提出改进对策。方法抽查我院2012年度门诊使用抗菌药物处方,对照相关标准进行分析。结果抽取19483张门诊处方,使用抗菌处方9576张。其中不合理使用抗菌药物处方965张,占抗菌处方的10.08%,占抽取处方总数的4.95%。审核、分析不合理现象主要表现在无指征使用、选药不当、不合理联合使用等9个方面。结论结合实际工作,笔者提出了营造合理用药的氛围、提高合理用药的能力等四个方面的对策。
Objective Analyze the abnormal situations of using antibacterials clinically and come up with the improvemental ways to deal with them. Methods Check the using of antibacterial prescription in outpatient service in our hospital in 2012 and compare them with related standards to analyze. Results Take 19483 pieces of prescriptions from outpatient service and 9576 pieces of antibacterial prescription. In them, there are 965 pieces of prescriptions of using antibacterial prescriptions abnormally and they are 10.08% of antibacterial prescriptions and 4.95% of all the prescriptions. By checking and analyzing the unreasonable phenomena are mainly in 9 aspects including no indication using, improper selection of drugs, unreasonable combined uses and so on. Conclusion The writer comes up with the atmosphere of using drugs reasonably and the four aspects of improving the ability to use drugs reasonably.
